These are the terms and conditions that govern your enrollment in the text messaging program offered by Takeo and its affiliates. By enrolling, you agree to receive admission, payment, income share agreement, retail installment contract agreement, non-marketing, and marketing text messages from Takeo and others texting on its behalf, including text messages made with an auto dialer, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You can opt-out of these communications at any time, and marketing text messages are not required to purchase any goods or services. The program may include marketing and promotional messages, reminders, and information about Takeo programs, offerings, and affiliates.

You are responsible for notifying Takeo immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Takeo of a number change by submitting a “contact us” form on the website associated with the specific text messaging program you opted into.

Takeo may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued consent to receive Takeo text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

Takeo may suspend or terminate your receipt of Takeo text messages if Takeo believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Takeo text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Takeo, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.
